Can I change my RelaxRate package during my contract?
Of course! If you see that the chosen package doesn't meet your needs, you can change it by signing an additional contract.
Can I print as much as I want?
Your prepaid print volume is decided by your chosen RelaxRate package. Your print volume will be accumulated monthly. If this exceeds your chosen prepaid volume for that month, a separate invoice will be sent. You can find the cost of additional prints next to the selected RelaxRate package.
Can I rent any printer with RelaxRate?
How do I install my new printer?
If you rent your printer with RelaxRate, Konica Minolta will take care of the delivery and installation of your new printer for free. Konica Minolta will get in contact with you to arrange a delivery and installation date. See more information here.
What do I do if I have a maintenance issue?
24/7 remote printer monitoring will alert you to any technical issues. Upon receiving a notification, please contact our customer service center, and we will service your printer at no cost. Find contacts here.
Is there an option to buy the printer after my contract ends?
Normally, after the RelaxRate contract expires, we will take the printer back for free. However, if you wish to keep it, you can either extend the rental contract or purchase the printer.
What payment options are there for RelaxRate?
You can pay for the RelaxRate package based on the invoice sent to you. Invoices are sent, and payments are made on a monthly basis.
Will my rented printer be new?
Not necessarily. You can choose a new or used printer with the RelaxRate package.
Where can i find the invoices?
Your invoices will be sent via e-mail.
Can I change the payday?
Invoices are issued on the last day of the month. The standard payment term is 14 days, but if you have different requirements, please contact us, and we will discuss the options.
Is there any way to change the contract of the packages to save money?
We have compiled our RelaxRate packages in a way that you will have best cost-quality-ratio, including all services that give you freedom of mind and focus on your business instead of taking care of your printing. However, if you believe you need a custom offer, please contact us, and we will always find the most suitable solution for you.
What connectivity do Konica Minolta printers have?
We offer a variety of printers using USB, LAN, WiFi, Google Print, Air Print and Bluetooth connectivity.
Is automatic toner delivery free of charge?
With our RelaxRate you can fully rely on our automatic toner ordering and delivery service. The toner delivery is free of charge.
